Established the company and started operations.
Since our inception, we have successfully delivered over 1,000 hydraulic cylinders, showcasing our capacity, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
Developed Hydraulic Bail Press: for the recycling and waste management industry. Launched Hydraulic Press: Engineered robust and versatile presses tailored for metalworking.
Due to consistent quality and repeat client orders, we're expanding our factory to a new, larger facility to meet growing demand.
Put the cylinder on the test bench v-blocks and connect the hydraulic lines. The cylinder is to be cycled its full stroke a min. Of (15-20) full cycles. The Cylinder function should be smooth and without any excessive chatter.
After the function test is performed the cylinder is fully extended and retracted & pressure held for a min. Of (30) secs for each position. This pressure will be 180bar or indicated on the drawing where max. Test pressure will be 300bar. The cylinder will be rejected for external leakage or structural deformation.
After running 15-20 cycles, hold the cylinder at 180bar or indicated test pressure. After holding the pressure for 1st 15mis, please note the pressure on the start of 16th min. Within 5 mins from 16th min. Pressure drop should not be more than 2% of pressure observed at the start of the 16th min.
This test will be performed on all double acting cylinders and can be done in conjunction with the proof pressure test. The Cylinder will be fully extended and pressure held at 180bar. The retract line will be removed and piston seal bypass will be determined by the flow out of this cylinder port. Excessive bypass will be a cause for cylinder rejection. The cylinder will be fully retracted and pressure held at 180bar. The extend line will be removed and the piston bypass will be determined by the flow out of this cylinder port. The cylinder will be rejected for excessive flow. When making this test the hydraulic line should be completely removed from the cylinder port, and the open line from the valve should be plugged or capped since a slight back pressure in the tank return would spill oil from the line if not plugged.
Max. Leakage at test pressure each side - 1cc/4 minutes.
